All FAOs that I have met are relatively incompetent in their recruitment of foreign teachers. Horror stories abound.

My sole personal primary concern is my students. ALL the obstacles that they face in their learning process are worthy of my intervention: superfluous exams, 辅导员, exorbitant fees, incompetent teachers, etc.
