Universities, like all institutions, are subject to corruption and incompetence.
Chinese universities represent some of the best in the world and some of the most worst, with most hovering somewhere in between.
I'm quite certain that Turnoi does not share your appraisal of Chinese universities. No doubt he will cringe when he imagines himself sharing 'moral high ground' with a pDog that demeans women and whose canine anger and swinish self-loathing is putrid and palpable.
