You seem a more sensible bloke in Asia, am I right or not?

Not like some blokes I hear of. But then I dunno, dossing down on a sandy thai beach (apart from sandflies/mozzies) sounds quite nice. Certainly better than roughing it in the cold, rain, sleet and wind of manchester, with rats scurrying about and ne'er do wells looking to kick your head in after getting kicked out of the local knocking shop at some ungodly hour. I will try and find this bloke if ever I am in thailand, give him a bottle of beer and bag of snacks, seems an interesting fellow, and may have a lot right in his dotage.
