Avoid accepting any offers from recruiters to work as a foreign teacher at Kid Castle Educational Corporation. They treat both local and foreign staff very badly. They treat you as if you're disposable. There's no room for growth or development within the company. Do not work there especially if you're black. While the recruiters may not be racist, the schools are very racist and only want white people working there. The guy in charge of the foreign teacher's department, Colin [edited], will not acknowledge that there's racism at the schools and refuses to look into it or deal with it. There are supervisors for teachers, but they're not there to assist in difficult situations only to observe your classes.
