Employment agents have long-term relationships with their clients. They receive feedback from the FTs that they have placed this year, last year, the year before, the year before that... FTs always complain to recruiters about the their situation at the employer where they have been placed. Recruiters are quite clear about the problems. As long as they are collecting their fees they will continue to lure more FTs each academic year for their abusive clients.
