Do you mean they take dead flies that have been in the toilet to give the food it's taste?

I did see a small restaurant cleaning their vegetables in the toilet. I never ate at a Chinese restaurant after that.

In Switzerland they have a separate train for the Chinese because of their appalling behavior. Not for east Europeans - Chinese.
