From what I am reading in this thread today, I have one piece of advice for any teacher looking at the possibility of working for this school: RUN!!!!!!!!!!

Let me give you a piece of advice. Forget abt the past. Put forth efforts into developing yourself. Chin up. If i dont , you will be a loser forever blaming others.
