Re Be Careful of KISQ in Qingdao

My information was taken from a survey of the 20 richest and 20 poorest countries in which to live. China was not on the list. Australia, for the fourth year running, was listed as the number one most expensive country in which to live. Everything was compared to the cost of living in the USA. With the USA at 100%, Australia sat at 163% - so 63% more expensive than the USA. China was at 55%, so 45% less than the USA and one third of the cost of living in Australia.
Therefore, calculating what a Chinese salary will buy you in Australia is futile.
