You really shouldn't worry. We foreign teachers that read his post will automatically know that he's lying. You see, FTs spend hours and hours writing things like this just because we are all so jealous of the wonderful business acumen that Chinese training centre owners have. We all long to own training centres and make as much money as guys like you do. Discussion forums like this only exist for us to demonstrate the envy we all have towards such wonderful training centre establishments such as yours, and our burning desire to work in one of them..

I'm certain that people reading this thread of conversation will realise that it's YOU who's right and this ex-employee is completely wrong. You should be happy that he no longer works there. I am sure you'll have no trouble finding other FTs that are more than willing to work for you. As for the photo of your training centre, I'm sure this will serve as an excellent way for potential employees to recognise your building when they flock to line up outside for an interview.

Like so many other training centres in China, even the bigger ones such as the wonderful 'EF', your business model is perfect and your style of management is impeccable. FTs don't really care about the students in the same way that you undoubtedly show your fatherly love for them all. Kids who attend training centres such as yours are all loved and cared-for by the training centre owners - we know that!

Please continue your wonderful work and forgive this poor man for his (obvious) jealousy.
