ILA makes teachers work split shifts and often six or seven days a week. The contract is broken weekly. The contracted hours mean nothing you will be working at least 50 hours a week sometimes 60. With office hours, meetings and being sent to other locations. You will teach from 8-630 0r 8-8 every weekend with no overtime and be sent to high schools during the week where you spend 8-9 hours at the school but are only paid for 3-4 hours

The salary is very low compared to other schools and not worth it when you add up the time you spend at work each week.

There are around 19 students in a class so the quality is poor. Yet ILA charges a lot. Butt does not pass this on to teachers. Its best to work part time because the illegal full-time contract has no working hours and a limit of 100 hours a week. Moreover they keep forty hours of your salary for a year. They call this the bank.

Many centers are outside the cities now and are in rural areas. Also most teachers are graduates who are happy to eat shiiit cakes. I quit but was never paid my salary so it's best to call in sick and not work out the 30 days notice because THEY WILL KEEP YOUR SALARY

You are lucky if you are given a contract before you start because they know how bad it is!

There are many better schools to work for than ILA and their terrible working conditions
