His communication skills are such as this: When I was looking for a job a job at a Chinese training center for my dog, he used to reply that there may be a good job for me at EF in Hangzhou. I told him several times that the job was for my dog...but he wouldn't get it!

I flipped out! I am a published author and an expert on China economy. I have a great job in university, but was curious if there was a better one. This guy has seen my resume every few months for 5 years and now he acted as if I had never worked in a university. He also didn't seem to understand what a joint venture university was.
