I must agree with you in all counts that you have painted of this company. This company has no real accountability from the many managers in place, none has to ability to take charge and get things done.

A colleague of mine that has transferred to the company told me that he has been waiting for nearly five months just to get an employee number even though he has raised the issue with the so called General Manager, that is really a paint on the wall. He doesn't do nothing and I was told that he actually comes to the office and sleeps for three hours (if it is true I don't know). There are other colleagues that has been waiting for other minor things for six months or more. From reimbursements to just a simple Medical insurance card. They have also cheated the employees with the Medical coverage we for the lowest class, which means that they can't go to a real hospital and if they do go to one it's one of those that are dead and useless.

Many Bilingual staff are there working and they don't like Native teachers apart from few. The company is in a financial situation at the moment so we are paid late specially those receiving Cheque, Last two months we received the payment late. For example last week on the 11th of October 2017. Previous month the 16th of September. When you complain no one pays attention and wants to do anything about it because no one wants to be accountable for any email sent.

My advice to anyone STAY AWAY unless you are desperate.
