I worked there years ago. It's basically a shit job. Babysitter/White Clown/Yes Man type of gig. The Chinese staff there are incompetent, backwards thinking Chinese. You know, the typical fake acting manipulating cunts you can't stand to be around. The foreign staff comprises mostly of Aussie douche bags and some American/Canadian Uncle Chen motherfuckers who couldn't get a job in their own countries. I'd say the amount of paperwork and unusual lock down night time hours by the guards make this a gig to avoid.
