Exactly, it's a total mess.Guy who is the owner, would, for example, put other foreign teacher and me to sit in front of the whole collective and take the blame for some minor thing that happen that day, and funny enough one of us wasn't even there.

The way this school conduct their business is the worst:don't respect contract, lot of overtime, payment was on 15th instead of 10th, as stated in contract, deducting money from salary for some stupid things, and they want you to sign new set of rules that they just brought up beside contract.I left without notice cos I was afraid that they are not going to pay me.They also are very confused and don't have a plan to run the school,,they don't care about teaching kids, but to earn as much as money that they can.But although they don't have enough kids, they are blaming all the things on foreign teachers, which is making us feel completely unwelcome.AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
