I experienced the lacking moral to pay employees their salary in full and oh time in Morocco myself. It's not just single schools like yours; it's all the same in the public sector at universities, colleges and High Schools. Don't waste yout time, money and energy on these Moroccan clowns and leave them alone in their corrupt system of bullshit!
A ridiculous for profit that does not care about its language department. Original pay dates were obscure, in the end you get paid per semester (which they know the entire time and don't tell you). Unsustainable, and very deceitful. The learning environment is all mixed levels so don't except to achieve much. There is no pedagogy at all, you are expected to make it, and you are also expected to work at home for free grading tests that take hours on end.
