That's the typical way of FT treatment by training centre owners and their lackeys. They don't value their staff and treat them like shit. And it also tells a lot about themselves when they expect you to live in filthy apartments; the filth in there is the filth that they are themselves. You shouldn't lower yourself to such a level by working for these incompetent clowns.

The AC was leaking and didn’t work and we saw rat droppings. We asked if they could clean it and they said no. We could not stay there so they said we could stay in a hotel, but on leaving they charged us for it. The management were very rude and unhelpful. They knew we were just working for the summer so really didn’t treat us very well. We felt like they just wanted to get their moneys worth from us.
