The fact that it is so damn Chinese that you have switch off your VPN to access it tells you everything; half of it is shit school or government propaganda. You shouldn't ever take it seriously unless you're a CEO who wants to find a white female assistant for about 25k a month to give you a bit of added face or you're the kind of teacher that will work on a business visa.
