Teachers are not forced to attend these evening meet. Actually, it was said that the working
hour is 40 hours per week in the contract. If you have evening meeting for 2 hours or 3
hours, you can leave school early 2 hours or 3 hours. What you need to do , is stay at
school for 40 hours. And you can decide your 40 hours. I love that.
