Yes, this agency is a waste of time. I applied for a certain full-time position. The agent asks me a million questions, keeps changing stories regarding the visa. Then she asks about the salary expectation. I reply "whatever is stated in the ad", then she gives me some lowball offer and say that's the standard in Shanghai. Avoid this hack.
posts many jobs offering part-time work only, supposedly in Pudong and Songjiang. Its a one man band agent going by the name of Grace (wechat ID IseeESL002) fishing for people to add to her database. The teaching jobs do not actually seem to exist, with her main intention to coax people to some apartment buidling in Changning that doubles as an office. If you see part-time jobs advertised by this "company" approach with caution and especially if required to send a "video teaching demo".
