This post is really saddening because it is absolutely ALL LIES! Please post FACTS and not just made up rants please.
First and foremost, Aoxin International or also formerly known as Education Association for International Exchange (which is literally the an education program under the Jinshui District Ministry of Education) has probably the strictest and most reliable hiring process. For my 3 years tenure with the company, I have NEVER worked with ANY Nigerians NOR Filipinos who are working ILLEGALLY! Yes there are plenty of Asians in the company coming from countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore BUT all of them are working LEGALLY!!!
Once again, Aoxin International or Education Association for International Exchange Jinshui District is probably the MOST stable company there is in Zhengzhou because it is an adjunct program under the MOE. Teachers are also compensated really well with regular training and evaluation system. The teachers who are asked to leave or aren't renewed are mainly because of poor performance (again Aoxin maintains a pretty good standard compared to other schools or institutions in Zhengzhou) or bad behaviour that reflects poorly on the company or their country of origin. These are in fact evidences of the good standard that the company possesses because they are unafraid to kick someone out who is NOT performing professionally or properly! So please stop slandering a company especially if you haven't really gathered any facts. Thank you!
