Yes, when I was in Shenzhen, and looking to move to Sichuan. The website hasn't been dated for a while, which may flag some folk.
I was in contact with an agent, for a college post, good communication and prompt response — actually better than Shenzhen province agency I was in, probably because Shenzhen like most Tier 1 cities is huge fast silicon alley city so everyone is spreading themselves thin over the work load.
If you are in China visit Chengdu, the flavor is laid back, (not to be confused with incompetence ), kinda like New York and Atlanta.
But the BEST advice is to not to listen to folks posting on bulletin boards like me, but get a contact and start WeChat, find out for yourself.
