Firstly I would like to say, that the children are an absolute delight to be around, and the Thai staff are very friendly, hard working and helpful. However, after working at Yuwapat school Nakhonsawan for a number of years , I feel obligated to inform potential applicants about some of the more serious problems the school has. The problem is abuse, and this abuse has nothing to do with the Thai department and solely to do with the English department. The English department is run by a Canadian man, who has been working there for about 20 years. I don't want to start a rant about how this "person" conducts himself, but anyone interested in working at Yuwapat should really do their research. My advice to people looking for a teaching job in Thailand would be to look somewhere else. It's a bad job.
