I would like to stress I am no recruiter. I have worked for the FA in the past and this Frank Zhang has been around for too long now.

He has been setting up schools and foreigners for a long time now. Every time we heard about him and every time there has been money taken and unhappy teachers and schools.

He has been reported many times and slips through by making payment to corrupt officials. China is changing but it will take a long time before officials will stop taking bribes.

Frank just keeps on going and even the address on the sites is actually his own home address. He goes unstopped because he has attachments to the FA and PSB. Many foreign teachers he deals with are criminals themselves or failed teachers in their own country so he good teachers he gets fail too. He gets many of the foreign teachers he deals with bad names in China and most of them get sent back to their countries having lost a lot and experienced only the bad side of China.

The way to stop him is to educate people not to use him. All of you good teachers to try to get your friends to come to China and use the official route via the Foreign Affairs office and bypass this evil con man and cheat.

By doing this every teacher will enjoy their stay and get what they want from their position. China is a wonderful country if we stop people like him from extorting huge amounts of money from schools and teachers. STOP FRANK BY GOING DIRECT YOURSELVES
