FAO Choatle & Turnoi,
Those foreigners who sign up with the company are fully aware that they will be working for an agency,a totally different scenario from working direct for a school/university.They should know the score when they sign on the dotted line.
The only service those of them who complain after the event are doing is to forewarn future Yuncheng IELTS School job applicants of their negative experiences encountered while teaching on behalf of that company.
But not all of their foreign colleagues have had such bad experiences.Indeed, some of them are delighted to teach in Yuncheng, especially those without university degrees who claim to be adored by their students!
In Yuncheng the majority of foreign teachers employed by the company is young Africans. Most of them sing the company's praises and teach well enough, degree or no degree, with or without F visas.Maybe their status and salary in China are much higher than back home in Africa.I say live and let live.
As for visa regulations, there's no obligation for China to follow international practice.Glad to hear that things will revert back to the old ways in the not-too- distant future.Personally speaking, that'll save me big bucks, and increase my chances dramatically of obtaining a teaching post despite my age.But I won't be applying to Yuncheng IELTS School again, that's for sure.
