Somewhat gone off the original posting here me thinks! I worked at New Century School In Dalian, and from what John Smith said i can back it up as having seen most of what he/she said as being true. Whether or not that poster is a qualified teacher, the point remains that the boss of this school, Dawei ( name changed form Evander ) is an evil, sadistic, tyrant that should not be allowed to have a business like this.

His treatment of foreigners is no better than when i scrape dog s**t off my shoe on the sidewalk, you are punished if you are sick, punished if you ask politely for somwthing, screwed out of any bonuses, left to die in hospitals ( True ) and housed in squaller....my apartment was unfit for the infestation that lived there.

This school will give you no assistance with anything, if you can't speak Chinese then...well, your screwed.

Is David the spy? sadly, yes he is....he is more Chinese than Australian.....and that has made him sell out his "own kind" to gain status in a school that breaks laws, actively encourages cheating, and is corrupt, David likes to think he is Top Dog at that school, simply because he was in the bosses pocket, shame on you David..your a sick twisted sell out just like the employer.

I was fired because i had a mouth, and a brain slotted between my ears, like Mr.Smith i had done some good time at this school only to be shot down in flames at the end, and so why was i fired? My apartment was so cold and inadequate heating that i complained, the schools pathetic repairman who breaks things more than fixes them arrived, not with a heater but a thermnometer! I was told through frosty breath that it was acceptable, while other teachers basked in their sauna style heated apts.

As i said the day i left F**K you Dawei, and F**k you New Century. For god sakes pass on all the things you have read about this school.
