Now, they will usually be overwhelming polite when you have something to complain about, like you do not have a microwave, which you won't, regardless of what they promise in their bumf. So,you will phone up and complain and you will get nothing. But you must remember this for when they ask you to do them a favor- You must always refuse because remember although they may speak to you like a long lost brother, they will not repay any good turn you do for them, because secretly they hate you. What you do, if it suits you, is say, I will do you this favour when my microwave arrives.But get it first, because they have no sense of guilt.
