Dear Winston,

I came across your post while searching for the postal address of my former employer, Kid's Club Fun Languages Institute, Mujigaemaul, Gumi-dong.

I also had a bad experience working for Gina Song. I won't explain the specific details, but I have to say that she is the worst manager that I have ever worked for and I have to agree that she is dishonest (in all the ways that you have described).

Though the curriculum and the students at this institute are fantastic, you couldn't pay me enough to work for that wickedly mean power-hungry person. I feel that I did an excellent job creating commendable fluency in my students and remained until the end of the semester to support *my students*. Even so, Gina Song refused to write me a reference letter. Leaving the school was almost impossible to negotiate, even with 2 months notice and a promise to remain until the students graduated.

A procedure that should have been a smooth transition was made into a childish drama by a very unprofessional manager. The rest of the staff, the facilities, the resources and the students are excellent. Mrs. Song needs to learn how to treat people as human peers and not as subordinates.
