It's simply an account based on my experiences and observations of what can happen in China re the consequences of foreign teachers rightly losing their temper because of unfair treatment,and the way in which those,and others whose teaching is at best very ordinary can move from job to job if they wish because there is such a shortage of foreign teachers,making testimonials unnecessary in many instances.Having said that,it should also be noted that racism is also prevalent,making it easier for white foreign teachers to find teaching jobs.There's no specific message intended,just a description of what and does happen here.I'm sorry if it doesn't make pleasant reading.
But I'll give you my humble opinion,if I may, - the situation can be pretty bad.Neither will I condone it nor can I make it better.
