I think the reason people keep asking for reviews of training schools is because a lot of people here in China don't have any choice. Please keep in mind, if your here without a degree, private schools are your only option.

Public schools can not and usually will not hire someone with no degree. This is becoming more and more prevelant. They are government owned you see, and therefore have no choice.

Private schools however do. They regularly pay off the local PSB, and therefore can often act with impunity in regards to who they hire.

Therefore, private training schools will be open as long as non degreed people come here to teach, and they will. Why? Because they will get jobs. Truth is the demand far outweighs the supply, hence the Chinese government has no choice but to look the other way in most cases, and the schools have no choice but to hire these folks, at least the private ones don't.

Also, some public schools are able to get around the whole not being able to hire non degreed people by using a third party, like an agent/recruiter, there are a lot of those around.
