True that universities are fine in Poland but most teachers moving to Poland aren't in a position to work in them, are they?

I think the idea here is, work in a place for one year and then move on. The major advantage of tefl is the travel. Soon as you settle in one country you're stuffed - unless you work for a uni. There are so many bad schools out there but you can put up with the dishonesty if you're just using it as a way of seeing the world.

tefl = travel not a career.
