As for John Latimer, he is a laowai recruiter in China, one of those people who is happy to sail FT's down the river and make a profit while doing so.

Chinese people with a poor educational background generally use the term laowai and those who are better educated usually use the term waiguoren.

I will reiterate what I have stated previously:

1. W.C.I.E.C. does not employ foreign teachers to work at the training center. (I am the only foreigner working at the training center)
2. Foreign teachers employed by W.C.I.E.C. work in local public schools. (Teachers are not sold to an institution; they work for and are paid by W.C.I.E.C.)
3. All necessary documentation required to legally work and reside in China is provided at no cost to the teacher, Z visa, experts card, and health certificate.

Noting what has been stated, it is irrational for you place W.C.I.E.C. in the same category of training school/centers that you speak of on this post. I totally agree with you that there are a great number of unworthy, unsavory, and questionable schools/centers throughout Asia whose business and management practices are deplorable and should be brought to light. I am in favor of having these schools exposed and by doing so, I would hope that it would hasten their demise. However, that does not mean that all training schools/centers should be put on the hit and destroy list.
