If she is targeting African and Filipino teachers specifically that, in and of itself is a big warning sign that exploitation is lying in wait... I imagine the salary offered (for lots of teaching) will be abysmal. BEWARE of such kind of recruiters. Persons of color who speak English but are from non-English-speaking countries face lots of discrimination and exploitation in China. Recruiters for ALL teachers from ALL ocuntries are often untrustworthy. Their goal is to fill a job and grab their fee. They are rarely forthcoming with honest information about working/living conditions, terms, and expectations.

Better to find a school that will hire you directly and offers the same (or very smiliar) terms and conditions as they would to someone from an English-speaking nation (assuming your English and teaching skills are truly strong enough to qualify for the job). Remember you are competing with "native speakers" for these jobs, and quite those folks face lots of deception and disappointment. Approach with caution, and good luck!
