How to report them to the Bureau of Foreign Experts? How to find the address.

As this thread is about Dream Education Training Center, Dongguan I think we should stick to comments about them.

If they blackmail you with reporting you to the police, you should tell them that you would be the first to report them not only to the police but also to the provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts for making you work illegally without any pay in their crappy place and thus practising something like modern slave trade. And do it, the Bureau might be willing to help you out and give you helpful advice!
