I've mentioned this in other replies but I just wanted to clear up that the 40 hours is in total. That mean approx 22hrs contact teaching at most, most teachers don't have full schedules, and the rest of the time for preparation and other duties. As I've also mentioned in other posts, I can only speak about EF Changchun and no other school. I think if you have a problem with EF you should probably mention particular schools you have dealt with instead of tarring 100s of schools with the same brush.
