Don't fall into the trap of believing that because this school, or any other for that matter, hires African Blacks, it means that they are honorable. I doubt seriously that this is the case. I would bet that if they were to hire a white teacher, they would pay that teacher more and ask him to be quiet about his salary. I have personal experience with this. I once had a colleague from Ghana who did the same job as I and worked a few hours more a week than I. When I found out I was making 7,000 a month and he was making 4,000, I left. Since then, I've found out that this is not at all uncommon in China. Therefore, I hope you'll take that into consideration. That is, don't be so quick to praise them when it's probable that the only reason they hire African Blacks is because they can pay them less due to the fact that Africans find it quite difficult to find a job in China - even if many, if not most, who apply for jobs here are well qualified to do so.
