My analysis of the situation,and the way forward from here:

dream ed had nothing to do with frey getting fired he was fired because of how he act. he would not listen to other foreign teacher to stop getting mad but got very crazy. it was this that made the school fire him

In fact,that school cannot fire Frey.His contract is with 'Dream Ed' ,not with that school.Only Dream Ed can fire him.That said,be aware that said school has the right to ban him from there,which I suspect has already been done.

his belonging should be gave back and some money

Frey and Dream Ed should meet face to face to terminate his contract by mutual agreement.Once that's done,his residence permit will be revoked,and he'll have to exit China within 30 days if he cannot get a new post.

but he cause a lot of problem with the school. he is lucky he is not deported because dream ed stop the school from doing more in the police.

It's the responsibility of Dream Ed as Frey's employer to sort out this mess,something that should be done as soon as possible!
