Thank you again for your very accurate post.

Truly this manager was capable of the worst screaming matches, the worst histrionics, as well as the most subliminal violent behaviour that I have ever witnessed in my 30-years on this planet.

As you wrote, or as someone else wrote, because he so, so cuddled with the management, all of this was forgiven to him and the poor, lowly teacher who objected to his behaviour was made to pay the price.

Then again, being fired from the job from h*ll, which is what this school and this job were, was a relief in the end.

Please, to anyone, be wise and read all of the threads on this subject and do not enter into the gates of hell.
