Teachers at training centres are poorly skilled and trained, precisely because DOS and TA's work at them. On top of that, owners of training centres only care about profits, not education.

Total creative freedom is not necessarily a good thing. Guidelines are more useful. T/A's can come in handy at times.

Ban "games" from all classes except kindergarten classes.

Why? Creative teachers teach well with games.

FT's must be treated with the utmost respect. It is why TA must be banned from all classrooms, they do not have respect for foreigners.

Respect must be earned. It is not a given. Those that DEMAND respect, usually get very little.

Training centres are an added item to normal Chinese education. They exist only because there is a demand. They exist to make money for the owner. They are a business.Some are run well, others badly. Yer takes yer pick, and yer makes yer choices.
