Silverboy is someone who has looked for, and then found the way to live the easiest of lives. He cares nothing about being respected by his employer and/or by his students. His job satisfaction will always be negligible, but that's nothing to him. His 'extracurricular activities' more than compensate for that loss! Dancing, as he has stated already, is as important to him as breathing, ha ha!
In fact,he's not a real teacher, he's a 'good time Charlie' who's been wily enough to identify the best way to deceive his employers while maximising his own personal enjoyment. Teaching at public colleges and universities in China, but not elsewhere, is his vehicle to do so.
But at training centers here, he will be found out quickly and summarily dismissed! So, he castigates them all! It's a great pity for his students he can ply his dishonest trade here at second and third tier public colleges and universities year upon year.
