A training school that employed only former university lecturers would be quite effective in my opinion, but only if those people were allowed to operate without interference.

I can just picture a group of 8-12 year olds listening to a lecture for an hour or two from a university lecturer. Im sure it would be highly beneficial for the students, as their ears would be given a good workout. The added plus is that you dont have listen to the students speak.
