Have I actually said anything about the rights of training centers? I suppose I could, but I haven't. In fact, just to make you happy, Silverboy, I'll clearly state the following for the record:

All private training centers should be immediately investigated. Those who are not legally licensed to hire foreigners should be immediately closed and their owners should be taken to court if they hire foreigners. Those who have been legally licensed to hire foreign teachers and do not abide with contractual obligations to FTs should be be immediately closed and taken to court. Those who are either legally licensed to hire FTs or not legally licensed to hire FTs and do not provide the services as promised to the parents of students who are enrolled there should be carefully scrutinized by a government authority, and, if necessary, taken to court and made to return all funds paid for their services and should be made to suspend any further operations. Anyone wishing to open a private training center should be carefully screened before being allowed to open such a center.

Okay, I could add more, but that should be enough to make you happy. But still I find it interesting that you guys want this all broken down into pieces rather than looking at the whole. It's a clear and simple fact that many foreign "teachers" exacerbate the problem and are participants in a scam. Why is so difficult for you to acknowledge that?
