If Kevin is actually guilty, I would then agree with you that he should pay for his crimes. Fortunately, though, I'm from a country where there is an assumption of innocence until proof of guilt is provided in a court of law. From that standpoint, I will reserve judgment until which time his guilt has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
