Our Firm has job opening for a Native English teacher in Private School (called as Hakwon").

1. Job Title: Native English Teacher in Private School

(1) Teaching Level: Elementary School / Middle School / Adult (mainly elementary)
(2) Job Location: Suwon-city (Homaesil-dong) of Gyeonggi Province
(3) Job Type: Full-time
(4) Number of Position: One (1)
(5) Starting Date: ASAP ~ September, 2009

(7) Basic Requirements
1) E-2 Visa holder: only a citizenship from one of the following countries:

Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom,

United States, and South Africa
2) Education Level: Minimum of Associate's Degree
3) Age: thirty's ~ fortys

2. Working Condition:
(1) Contract period: One (1) year contract
(2) Work Hours: 6 days per week (Mon. ~ Sat.)
6 hours per day (Mon.~Fri.)
5 hours per day (Sat.)

(3) Schedule of hours: During Semester: 2:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm (or *9:00pm)
(*about two (2) times a week)
Saturday: 10:00 (13:00) am ~ 3:00 (18:00) pm HUH???
(4) Monthly Salary: 2.2 million KRW for the basic 30 working hours per week
(5) Teaching experience: more than one (1) year

3. Benefits:
(1) Airfare: provide a one-way ticket for going to your destination when you
finish your one-year contract
(2) Housing: single one-room
(Distance from school to apt: 10 ~ 15 mins on foot)
* If Employee decides to find housing on their own, Employer shall provide Employee with 300,000 KRW per month.
(3) Severance pay: One-month salary at end of contract
(4) Paid leave: 3 working days during each of the summer and the winter recess
excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays of the Korea
