In response to Steven Guo, ZZ (Joker)

Beware of this agent, the high school and the city, do not go there, there's nothing to do there, the sidewalks are rolled up at 9 pm, the only thing that's open 24 hours, is Mac Donald's. Even the hawks are sleeping.

Joker, it's clear you've experienced the real China, the part that hasn't changed much in the last two decades.
One-horse towns like Luo he of Henan are more suitable locations for the older foreign teachers among us who prefer their own company than for younger outgoing types who love visiting department stores and supermarkets to buy foreign goods suring daylight hours in addition to tripping the light fantastic after dark.
Foreign teachers who are outgoing, gregarious and adventurous would be well-advised to stick to seeking teaching positions in first and second tier cities here as opposed to underdeveloped places well off the beaten track. There they would become bored to death in a matter of a week or two.
