I had one Dean turn up to my class to assess my classroom work, when I asked her what criteria she was using she did not answer, three times I asked her. After the third time I asked her to leave which she did not do so I took all the students out of the class. She sent me an email to say she was coming it contained 33 words and had 25 mistakes of various types in it, and she wanted to assess me. My contract was not renewed, they don't like to loose face.
