I might add that it is wise to get someone to read any letter of invitation you receive from the employer to see if the name on the contract in Chinese agrees with the name on the Contract and the 'Red Seal'.

It is common now to 'borrow' another school's license to hire foreigners to receive a letter of invitation.

If you do not do this and the names are different, your contract won't be worth the paper it is written on.

Contract law the world over, including China, states that both parties must be able to enter into a contract. If the contract YOU get is from a school that does not have a license to hire foreigners and they use another school's license, the contract is null and void from the inception.

Without the license, they are not allowed to hire foreigners and thus any contract between them and yourself will be voided.
