***With a Bachelor degree, you should be fine in the ESL area. An essential prerequisite for teaching!

I was wanting to get into teaching prior to getting my bachelors completed. I've noticed a small percentile of jobs that don't require bachelors degrees. Which would be excellent for starting off for me so I can get teaching experience while I move forward with a bachelors. My big concern would be getting the work visa without holding a bachelors. I've read that it is still possible, but just not as smooth sailing as if you held a bachelors degree.

***The cert would make a difference in that you can discuss, ask questions, etc. on all you read. Studying by yourself is very much a one-man show, and I would not really recommend it.

Studing online is exactly a one-man show. A good deal of my associates degree was online also. The biggest issue with that is motivation. Just studing TEFL, I would need to figure a game plan or make my own type of syllabi so I know what I'm going to learn instead of hitting it like a shotgun.

My crocodiles are much more likely to have problems as job seekers; most likely, even the worst and crappiest training centres may not hire them for obvious reasons...LOL (stupid joke, but I want to encourage you!).

LOL. I think I've seen one of your crocodile pictures before. I don't think I would hire them for their looks either. Because they look like they may be hungry for something I got that I'm not willing to give. :P

Good luck, and feel encouraged!

Thank you very much!
