Just take the monthly pay. As CDL states, it's the best thing to choose if you're a newcomer to Korea. Also, do you know exactly what kind of methodology CDL uses? It's pretty much like teaching a philosophy class to Koreans on how to critically think in English. Not much basic English teaching like word pronunciation, vocabulary words, grammar, etc. except as needed. You're trained to teach as if you were sales pitching or advertising stuff because the kids don't want to study and rather play around so you need to constantly keep throwing questions at them using CDL's methodology of philosophy. Every candidate that I've known didn't know that CDL used such a methodology until they came to the training so just keep that in mind if it's not what you're expecting.
