I sent my passport copy to Premier Language Center before reading this forum, and just thought I'd share the email exchange with I had them. It definitely seems like a scam of some sort (and even if it's not a scam it's definitely not the kind of place I'd want to work!) As soon as I questioned them they revoked the contract which was never even offered in the first place...
