I worked for the LLC in Maldives and nothing I read here (Leila's post) seems to be true. The classes are indeed not airconditioned however the temperature rarely exceeds 27C (in the Maldives). The salary, maybe small, was always paid on time. Contract was clear and visa done. I believe some teachers expect modern facilities and newest materials to be satisfied, we should however remember why we became teahcers in the first place. Even with a sandbox and a stick teaching can be really successful!
